Online orders may take 3-5 working days to be processed and delivered. Customers in remote areas should allow an extra day or two for delivery.

£15 for Europe
£20 for Worldwide
£30 for Australia & New Zealand

Fabric orders are delivered by DHL or Royal Mail and will need to be signed for. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. Alternatively the driver may attempt a second delivery the following working day. If you are not there for the second delivery attempt, or you do not contact the delivery agent, the goods will be returned to us and you will be notified. To have the goods re-delivered will cost the same as the first delivery. We cannot be held responsible if you are not there for a delivery or do not rearrange a delivery date with our delivery agent. This also applies to international orders.
Cloth House will not be held responsible in the event of any delay caused by the delivery company used.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
There are samples available on the website so you can try before you buy, these are posted for free with Royal Mail 1st class.
Cut fabric cannot be returned unless faulty. If you have purchased a product from us that is not cut fabric and you are not happy with it please get in touch to email@example.com within 1 week of receiving your order. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless a product is faulty.
The customers remains responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us. You are also responsible for the cost of retuning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty. All packages should be sent recorded delivery, and be insured for the full value of the contents as Cloth House cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages.
