Please read the terms of use for our website for you (the Customer) to acknowledge, provided by us (Cloth House):

Use of the site:

All personal information you submit to us is subject to our Security & Privacy Policy.

The Cloth House website may only be used for your own personal use. You must not use this site for any other purpose. You must not cause any inconvenience or nuisance to us, or any of the other users of this site.

You must not post any offensive material to our website which may in our judgement cause damage or offense to either us, or any users of our site. We reserve the right to remove any material at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend our website at any time.

Your account and / or use of our website may be terminated by us at any time if you do not follow the terms of use.

We may have links to third party websites (recommended sites, suppliers, advertisers) on our website. We are not responsible for any of the content on any third party websites. Any dealings between you and any third party found via our website are between you and the third party only. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from your dealings.

TERMS OF SALE

All orders placed by you (the Customer) are subject to acceptance in agreement with the terms & conditions (Terms) that we (Cloth House) provide:

Conditions of Sale:

When you are at the checkout stage and have selected ‘Confirm Order’, you have agreed to pay for the goods at the prices shown, as well as any delivery charges. We will acknowledge your order with a confirmation email with the details of the goods.

Once the goods have been dispatched, then and only then will we have accepted your order and the contract will be considered complete. This is unless we have informed you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

An instance where we would not accept an order would be if the goods were out of stock, or had been listed at the wrong price due to an error, or if we cannot obtain your payment.

The contract (your confirmation of order) will be written in English.

Pricing & Availability

All items are subject to availability, in the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your order, and your payment has already been taken, we will refund you as soon as possible and let you know.

Cloth House reserves the right to withdraw any fabrics or products from our website, and to edit any information on our website at any time. We will not be held liable by the customer or another third party if we do remove fabrics or products, whether they have been sold or not.

Cloth House reserves the right to refrain from any transaction at our sole discretion. i.e. if we do not have enough stock to deliver the goods, if we do not deliver to your area, or if one or more the items that you ordered was listed at the wrong price due to an error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The prices on our website are subject to change and depend on production costs.

Fabric & Products

Fabric is priced per half metre and multiple quantities will be cut in one continuous piece. Cut fabric is non returnable and non refundable unless faulty. Fabric colour and quality may vary slightly between batches. Indigo and natural dyed fabric may transfer colour and should be prewashed.

We have made every effort to ensure an accurate representation of our fabrics and products, but please be aware, colours viewed on a screen will be affected by the settings of the device on which they are viewed.

Customs, Tax and Duties

If your order is being delivered outside of the UK please be aware you may have to pay import duty or other taxes. These will be applied by your government and the courier service at the point of delivery. This is NOT the responsibility of Cloth House and we cannot offer any compensation. Please check your local rates of tax and duty before placing an order. 

Delivery

Orders will be packaged and delivered within 2-5 working days. Customers in remote areas, or outside of the UK, should allow an extra few days for delivery.

If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. Alternatively the driver may attempt a second delivery the following working day. If you are not there for the second delivery attempt, or you do not contact the delivery agent, the goods will be returned to us and you will be notified. To have the goods re-delivered will cost the same as the first delivery. We cannot be held responsible if you are not there for a delivery or do not rearrange a delivery date with our delivery agent. This also applies to international orders.

Cloth House will not be held responsible in the event of any delay caused by the delivery company used.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

How to Return an Item

Faulty items and some products may be returned if they are unsuitable. If you wish to return an item please contact us in writing either by email: online@clothhouse.com, or write to us at the address below before returning the goods. This must be within seven working days of receipt of delivery.

You must include:

-  A copy of the original receipt.
-  Your order number.
-  Your email address, phone number and delivery address.
-  Your instructions to cancel your order or return the goods.

All of the above must be provided for us to be able to issue you a refund.

You the customer, remain responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us. You are also responsible for the cost of retuning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty. All packages should be sent recorded delivery, and be insured for the full value of the contents. Cloth House cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages.

We aim to process all returns as soon as possible once the goods have been delivered to us.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Please be reassured that we will not share any of your personal information. The only information we will take from you is your name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number. This will be stored securely. We will never see or receive your credit or debit card details as this is dealt with by our payment service provider Stripe.

We will have to give our delivery companies (DHL & Royal Mail) your details to complete your order. They are not allowed to use your information for any other reason other than this.

We use cookies to track the behaviour of visitors to our website. Cookies are stored on your browser which allows websites to identify you.

When you subscribe to our mailing list you will receive a weekly newsletter which includes new fabrics and special offers. It is not our intention to send you unwanted emails, so if you no longer wish to receive our news you can unsubscribe, or contact us and we will remove your email address from our list.

Liability

Cloth House’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the price of any goods supplied to the customer by us. Cloth House shall not be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from breach of duty or delayed delivery.

General

We do our best to make sure that all the information provided on this website is correct. However we cannot always guarantee this, and you, the customer, acknowledges that there may occasionally be inaccuracies. Cloth House reserves the right to withdraw or correct any incorrectly priced items or incorrect information. We also reserve the right to edit our terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately.

Your use of our website is at your own risk. Cloth House will not be held liable for any loss or damage which may occur to any computer equipment as a result of using this website.

This website, its content and any contract drawn up as a result of using this site are governed by English Law.
